CruiseElite Travel is a trading name registered in England. Registered office: Lexden House, Colchester, United Kingdom. ABTA Member. ATOL Licence holder.
2. Booking Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A deposit is required at time of booking (amount varies by cruise line)
- Full payment is due 90 days before departure (or at time of booking if within 90 days)
- All prices are per person and subject to change until booked
3. Financial Protection
All package holidays are ATOL protected. Flight-inclusive bookings carry an ATOL certificate. Non-flight packages are protected through ABTA membership.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 91+ days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 61–90 days: 50% of total cost
- 31–60 days: 75% of total cost
- 30 days or less: 100% of total cost
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
5. Best Price Guarantee
If you find an identical cruise holiday at a lower price within 24 hours of booking, we will match the price or refund the difference.
